CARLY KLEINBART ELTER

Carly Kleinbart Elter is the Vice President of Feature Films & TV at Hidden Pictures. Prior to the founding of Hidden Pictures, Carly was an executive at Mandeville Films since 2019. Most recently, she finished overseeing two films for Lionsgate – SHOTGUN WEDDING, starring Jennifer Lopez and Josh Duhamel, directed by Jason Moore and WHITE BIRD: A Wonder Story, directed by Marc Forester with Helen Mirren and Gillian Anderson.

She also founded Women Wednesday, an organization that brings together industry members who are dedicated to finding, sharing, and empowering the voices of female filmmakers through an industry wide newsletter and weekly screening series. Through Women Wednesday, Carly co-created their Next Gen. Mentorship program that works to uplift women of color and non-binary people of color in the executive pipeline of the entertainment industry in the hopes of sculpting a more diverse array of decision-makers.

Carly is a member of the inaugural class of Times Up: Who’s In The Room, a program geared towards empowering the next generation of producers and executives.

Prior to joining Mandeville in 2019, Carly worked in development and production at Pascal Pictures, and started her career as a Motion Picture Literary and Business Affairs assistant at WME.

A Princeton, New Jersey native, Carly received her B.A in Film/Radio/Television and Business from Northwestern University.
